Shipping and Return Policy

Shipping Policy
We ship orders from Monday to Friday. Orders placed on weekdays before 23:59 will be delivered the next day within the Netherlands. Orders placed on weekends before 23:59 will be delivered on Monday within the Netherlands.

For Belgium, orders placed from Monday to Friday before 22:00 will be delivered the next day. Orders placed on weekends before 22:00 will be delivered on Tuesday.

For the rest of Europe, the delivery time is 2 to 4 working days.

We work with DHL for our shipments and deliver within the Netherlands, Belgium, and the rest of Europe. You will always receive a tracking code to follow your package.

Return Policy
You can return products within 14 days of receipt, provided the products are unopened, the jars are still sealed, and they are in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please first contact us via our email address: info@elgummo.nl, so we can register your return and assist you further.

After receiving and inspecting the returned items, we will refund the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible.

Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product was delivered damaged or defective.
